After the great success of the previous edition of the One Heart Festival held in April 2019, we are presenting a second edition of OHF with a Single Format in the musical scene of our country, entirely dedicated to gospel.
OHF is much more than a usual festival, it is a space in which to learn and interact with great international gospel figures.
In a Format in which all participants, whether members of a choir or people participating individually, will learn and improve their interpreting and vocal skills. And will deepen in technical and stylistic aspects, as well as learn new resources. All this, in a process of sharing and coming together with others through music, gospel, because this is precisely the essence of the festival.
It is a great international gathering for enthusiasts, beyond beliefs, origin and traditions of one another.
This new festival for the city of Barcelona intends to be a meeting space among professionals, amateurs and those who like the genre.
It has three main sections:
- European Congress: of Gospel Choir Directors. Teatre Poliorama.
- Activities: Auditori Axa. Workshops, Forum discussion, Master Class, Service, Open Sessions.
- Concerts
- Main Concert: Palau de la Música. Smokie Norful, Donald Lawrence, Isaac Cates, Bazil Meade, Ramon Escalé, European Gospel Choir (made up of singers from all European Countries), Barcelona Gospel Messengers, Goizargi Gospel Choir, Esclat Gospel Singers, One Heart Gospel Choir.
- Concerts in the neighbourhoods of Barcelona. Mas Gospel, Gospel 4 Cors, Twocats pel Gospel.
- Next event: 18, 19 and 20 September 2020.
